Whatever it is, maybe it’s running, biking, tennis, walking, basketball, baseball, or hiking, I am sure there is some form of exercise you like to do that will help you lose weight faster. As the Nike commercial says, just do it! Hey, if I can do it, so can you. If you sincerely desire to lose weight now, then just do it. After a few weeks, the negative thoughts you have about exercise will go away as you start to lose weight in greater amounts. You will get motivated to exercise more as the pounds fall off and you lose weight. Then you will be motivated to eat a more nutritional diet and less of it as you exercise. This is a “win-win” scenario. After you spend the time to exercise, you don’t want to go pig out on junk food. This cycle of a healthy regimen is good and you will lose weight in a healthy way.
