While losing weight does consist of lowering calories, we must remember that calories are not the enemy and are very vital in having a healthy, long life. The body must have a certain amount to sustain function.

When wanting to lose weight, many people turn to the newest diet craze but you don’t have too and really shouldn’t because most diet crazes only lead you to lower calories in your diet, so much so, that you lower them too much.

Too lose weight, find out how many calories you should be eating daily and find an easy exercise plan to follow. A lot of people obsess about the amount of weight they need to lose and end up exercise too much and cutting their calories too much which can be a bad combination when your body has little to no energy to run off of.
